About Agatha ~ 6 month old kitten (pend. adoption)
Meet Agatha, our entirely Instagram-able tortoiseshell beauty!
Big amber eyes, stunning markings, soft cuddly fur, and a calm and gentle disposition.
Agatha gets a lot of comfort and confidence to her equally as stunning twin sister, Esther, and they would love to find a home together (joint Instagram account?!). Both kittens are now six months old.
Esther and her twin sister Agatha didn’t have the best start to life. They were brought into the SoCares Animal Facility at Charmhaven at around six weeks of age. Straight from the streets, the girls and their brother were very scared and unsure of human contact. The amazing staff at SoCares worked their magic on the siblings, who now love their people and their cuddles!
SoCares is currently so full of cats and kittens, DRN stepped in to help find a home for these beautiful girls. They have only been with their foster carer for a week, but they have already melted her heart!
Agatha is an absolute purr machine, even when she isn’t getting pats! Once she settles in to her environment and gets to know you, she loves a scratch, a pat, or a cuddle. If you want a cat to sit on your lap while you watch TV, or cosy up for a cuddle in bed, Agatha is your girl.
She also loves cuddling up with her sister, Esther, in their little cat house. Esther is more outgoing than her sister, but, given a few days, Agatha warms up to her new environment. Esther gives her the confidence to explore and to step forward for pats. When Esther purrs, Agatha does too.
Both kittens love to play. They are very gentle players, no rough-housing here!
Esther and Agatha would both suit a house with older children, who would not handle them roughly. They would both love a cat tower with a little nook to curl up and sleep in. Plenty of toys and lots of cuddles and love is all they need! They are currently living with a small cat-friendly dog so both girls are confident enough to live with a calm dog. If Agatha can not be adopted with her sister, she would appreciate the company of a confident and sociable cat to support her transition.
Agatha is be available for adoption to an indoor-only home and her adoption fee is $250 or $400 for both her and her sister. This little girl will make someone very happy. For more information or to meet Agatha please contact his foster carer Bec on rebeccagdrnfostercarer@gmail.com
