Tutt is a super sweet man who was raised in care from 4 weeks old. He was born with a severe cleft palate and not expected to survive very long. He kept thriving however and we corrected the cleft to about 90% when he was 6 months old. Tutt now has no ongoing health issues as a result. Tutt was adopted as a puppy but sadly returned due to not getting along with the other resident dog. We think Tutt would better suit a home as an only dog. Tutt is his however super friendly with all humans and is amazing at not jumping on little humans and plays really well with them. Tutt does bark when he notices something is up or when strangers enter the home. He loves to be a part of the family and enjoys coming inside of an evening. He does currently like to sleep inside and is well behaved in the house pretty much just sleeping all night. Due to his cleft he can be a bit snotty of a morning and he does make his water bowl pretty nasty simply from the extra gunk in his mouth. This just means it needs a change twice a day. Tutt is definitely a unique boy but does have so much love to offer the right home.
*Non-local adoptions: please keep in mind pet transport companies are currently closed or experiencing heavy delays due to having limited flight times with COVID-19 restrictions in place.
