About Juno ~ Shepherd puppy ~ On Trial 19/4/20
Hi I’m Juno, and I’m the cutest little ball of floof ever! I’m a cheeky, bouncy and incredibly sweet 10 week old female German Shepherd puppy. I totally adore being the centre of your attention and my tail is always wagging. I can be a little shy meeting new people but once you’ve introduced yourself I’ll happily accept you cuddles and be your best friend. My foster mum thinks I’m a total goofball, but I can’t help being a little clumsy, I mean have you seen the size of my paws!?
I’m always on the go (apart from super important nap times to recharge my batteries) and I am obsessed with splashing in my doggy pool! I love exploring my yard and finding ways to get extra pretty for my foster mum - like playing in mud puddles ! Life is so much fun!
I’m such a good house pup - my foster mum and dad allow me inside every day for cuddles and I make sure I sniff lots when I need to go to the toilet. So far I haven’t had an inside incidents but being young I might forget every now and again so make sure you remind me.
I need to be allowed to sleep inside as I’m just a baby and my perfect home is one where I can sleep inside even when I’m a big girl. I sleep in a crate with a nice comfy bed - it’s so snug and warm that I sleep so well during the night.
I’m a super smart floof-ball - I’m currently learning to sit for my dinner, walk on a lead and shake hands. I really do love food and I’m not fussy at all. I’m currently eating 3-4 meals a day which will help me grow up big and strong. I will need this for at least another few weeks so please make sure someone is home throughout the day to feed me.
I have endless playtime with my canine friends who are also teaching me the ropes on how to be the best doggo. I’m super social and get along with other dogs - I am only available for adoption to a home with an existing adult MALE dog .
I’m too young to go out walking currently , but once I’m fully vaccinated I’d love to join you on outdoor adventures - which must include daily walks regardless of the weather (an inactive and bored shepherd in the house won’t be fun for either of us!)
I’ll grow up to be a large sized dog, and need to attend puppy training classes and continued obedience training due to my size and intelligence. I’m at the puppy stage where I’m testing my surroundings a lot and chewing things so I need consistency and balance in my training.
I need to be adopted by a family that understand that I need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation (so that I don’t amuse myself chewing your stuff). I must be adopted into an experienced and knowledgeable dog-savvy home with a history of owning shepherds as a prerequisite. I will need solid and tall fencing with no small gaps or holes, and a nice big yard for me to play in. I am only available for adoption to homes with children over the age of 13 years.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
