About Bon Bon
Hi there, my name is Bon Bon, and this is my best bouncing bud, Bam Bam. We are both gorgeous and very fluffy bunnies looking for our perfect match new home. We are best buddies so we are looking to find someone who wants to love and adopt us as a bonded pair. We are both about 3 years old and are very well-behaved, litter trained bunnies.
I am tan and white with very floppy ears and a big fluffy tail. Bam Bam is exceptionally fluffy & has beautiful soft white & grey fur. I'm generally a very sweet girl but occasionally known to give the odd nip on the finger if you try and pat under my chin when I'm busy. I don't mean anything by it - I'm just busy eating!
We are very close to each other and keep each other company through the hazy lazy days and like to cuddle up together at night. We love getting up early and hip hopping around the garden and munching on your leftover food scraps! You will find us being quite lazy in the hotter hours of the day snoozing under bushes or in our hutch in the cooler months.
We love human interaction and will follow you around the garden for company. We think we are rather cute, very fluffy, and affectionate creatures but we are also very independent and like to do our own thing, so we don't mind if you are not home during the day. We like to have space to run around so a backyard that could house a hutch and a closed in pen would be ideal for our chilled-out personas & our chillaxed lifestyle.
We love being outside and having new challenges so get creative by setting up some new obstacles for us to play with. We like all humans, but the really small ones can get a bit frightened if we nip their little fingers, so we are probably best suited to a family with children over 8 years old. We are de-sexed, and we have both had our vaccinations so are ready to become new members of your family.
Want to know how to keep a bunny happy? We rabbits need a calm, stress free environment, so suit adult owners or gentle, older children. We like to spend most of our time with our loved ones, with just a bit of outside time if it's good weather. We don't cope well with heat, so when it's hot, keep me inside with the air conditioner on. A healthy rabbit diet includes good quality hay, vegetables, leafy greens, fruit, seeds, roots and herbs. I'll love it if you build playground tunnels with different levels to jump on, hide away and dig in, especially if you change it around from time to time. Sticks and bark are great to chew on. It's important for me to have at least four hours a day to roam freely around the house or bunny secured yard.
WE CAN FLY TO PERTH!
Flying for a few hours is very important for animals in remote locations because it gives us the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to SAFE about flying us to you in Perth.
