About Arlo DL2383
Arlo is such a sweet puppy who can't wait to be adopted!
He came to us from Geraldton with his two litter mates, their breed a mystery mix. They have some Cattle Dog markings, though may be crossed with a taller breed and could grow to be a bit longer and leaner than your average Heeler. To give an idea of his size, he weighed in at 13.5kg at 6 months old.
As Arlo is a timid pup, he will need ongoing structure and training to help build his confidence. Don't be tempted to baby him, he is already coming out of his shell and just needs ongoing training to learn that the world isn't that scary! He is friendly with kids, and benefits from having another dog for company when you're out.
A smart pup, Arlo knows 'sit', 'down', 'leave it', and is starting to walk well on lead. He also knows come or come here! He can get over excited about food, so you can work on that together. He would love to do lots of fun puzzles and thinking games to keep his clever brain busy.
If you'd love to adopt Arlo, email DFL today to apply!
