About Mars
Mars would have to be the funniest little fellow his foster Mum has fostered to date. He is an absolute goofball! He has such a cheeky side to him which is seen in the way he responds when you interact with him, with his little mischievous howl or grunt.
He absolutely loved his fur foster brother right from the moment he met him. Even though his foster brother is so much bigger, he was quite frightened of Mars, but Mars persisted with his interactions to eventually win him over. He enjoys a good play with his foster brother, but is also quite happy to amuse himself with whatever he can find. This could be a cardboard box, a stick or a fluffy toy, however he also enjoys having a bit of a game of tug as well.
This boy is a quick learner realising, with a little prompting at first, that if he hops into the wading pool that this will help cool him down on hot days. He learnt how to sit in less than 3 days and now waits patiently until given the command to eat. For a puppy so young this shows extreme self-control.
He is such a lovable boy and is so eager to please and has toilet trained outside well, and is crate trained of a night. As such, I don’t think it will take much to house train him.
If you’re after a boy who loves his human interactions and could cope with or without a furry friend, you can’t go past this little fellow. He only barks when he is playing or if he’s hungry, even when neighbouring dogs are barking incessantly. He is used to being around a cat as well and has a healthy respect for them, but can also be a little exuberant at times for the cat’s liking.
Time and positive guidance should see this little fellow grow into an extremely well-adjusted, loyal dog. He is so willing to please and would be a welcome addition to any family.
Our puppies come with ALL THREE vaccinations to ensure full protection against disease
