About Daytona
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
Daytona came into care with his brother Dallas. They love to play together and are getting used to spending time with other kittens, the resident cats and the boffhead Staffy. Daytona has the most stunning markings - pristine white socks and almost a Bengal marked tabby coat.
My Ideal Home:
Daytona is looking for a family that will keep him safe and loved. As with all HAR cats he is rehomed as 100% indoor only, not only for his safety but for that of our native wildlife.
What is Known About My Background:
Daytona and his brother Dallas were surrendered to the local pound and their short story before this is a mystery.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
Daytona loves his bro Dallas and is getting used to the other kittens in care, and is learning that the resident cats aren't too bad either. Every now and then when he's startled he'll have a little hiss but this is all for show. I expect he would get used to another cat or kitten without issue after a short period of adjustment. He's never seen the likes of the boofheaded resident Staffy and is keeping a wide berth from him, however again, if he was in a home with a cat friendly dog that didn't chase him I'm sure they would learn to live together. Daytona would probably prefer children over 12yrs as he can be a little shy at first, however if the children were gentle and allowed him to have his time out when things got too much he may be ok with younger children.
