About Ruby
Ruby was found abandoned and came into care with severe anxiety as she wasn't sure if her foster family would be coming back, leaving her on her own again. In a short period of time she has learned to walk well on the lead and love long walks. She is toilet trained and knows most basic commands.
Ruby is a very affectionate pup and will demand a lot of your love and attention. She has a gentle nature, but puppy play is still a little excitable. Her anxiety is now mostly under control, however will need a special adopter who understands and can continue her training.
Ideally she would like to have a brother or sister her size as she loves to play and race around the yard. She needs supervision with cats, as she can ‘play’ a bit too rough at times. She is fine around smaller children with supervision.
Ruby will need to continue her anti anxiety medication for a minimum of two more months and then be reviewed by the vet
Medical notes
Ruby is a happy and healthy dog.
