On Hold
Meet Hokey! This beautiful young cat found his way to the shelter all the way from Yass, and hasn't looked back since! It took him a long time to realise that the staff at the shelter had his best interests in mind, and since he has let his guard down, we have seen his true personality really spring to the surface! Hokey is still learning how to 'cat' properly, but will come to us for pats, snuggles, and a good purr session! He is looking for a cat experienced home to continue his domestic journey; a home that will allow him to settle in and bond to his new owners at his own pace. In Hokey's travels he has unfortunately contracted FIV; meaning that he MUST be an indoor only cat (his pale complexion would have made this a necessity regardless!) and should be the only cat in his new home (unless a resident cat is also FIV positive). Hokey's all time favourite hobby is to eat (isn't it everyone's?) and you will find the easiest way to his heart is through food. If you have had experience with cats like Hokey and you are looking for a new feline companion, we would love to hear from you!
