About 1121 - Gemma
😻DELIGHTFUL GEMMA SEEKS HER FOREVER LOVING HOME😻
Hi, I am Gemma. My start to life was far from charmed, I was young, never had a home of my own and 3 litters of kittens before being saved by the Angels. I am still very timid, because never having lived with humans before now, I have never been given the chance to understand them. But don’t worry, my transformation to happy house kitty is progressing nice and steadily.
My foster mum is very patient and I used to be scared of her. I am actually starting to enjoy her patting me. It feels great when she does that. I love getting back rubs as well. I just don't like to be picked up, but don't worry that's not an issue. People say I’m very cute, especially when I walk because I have small legs and short tail… hehe… I’ll take that as a compliment.
I am obviously still learning to trust humans, but I have made such incredible progress since I came into care. I will be shy and timid when we first get to know each other, but if you give me time, you will gain my trust.
I am very friendly towards other cats. I don’t mind them at all as long as they’re not aggressive. Oh yes, I am small, but I do eat a lot! I’m not fussy about what I eat though, so it’s easy to keep me happy!
I'd love to find a home where I can spend as much time as I need learning to trust people. I would prefer a quiet, calm home to be able to do this.
