About Sami
*In foster care in Randwick, Sydney*
A sweet and shy little cat, Sami is slowly coming out of her shell and discovering the joys of a full tummy, a warm bed and lovely long cuddles with her foster humans!
This precious girl is naturally very affectionate and an absolute darling. She'll benefit from continued hands-on contact - she especially loves to be combed! - and is certain to flourish into a cheeky and confident young lady.
Like all Maggie's pets, Sami is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... well, if we're talking IDEAL, it'll be with somebody looking for a cutesome twosome, as I'd LOVE to be adopted together with my brother Sox! (That's him on the left in the last photo.) If that's not possible, I'd really love the opportunity to bond with another cat or two in my new home.
A quiet, calm environment will be best for me, so probably a single person, couple or older family would be my ideal match :)
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm very quiet and low-key, on the whole. While I might get a bit playful with my brother Sox when the sun goes down, during the day I enjoys long naps on my favourite pillow outside on the balcony.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Lots of noise and bustle stresses me out, so I'm not looking for a home with young children.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I'm very attached to my brother Sox, so I'm sure to adjust to your resident cat (and maybe even become their best friend!) with the right introduction.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
