About Yoda 🖤
Introducing Yoda, another of our Staffy mix litter....This boy may be the smallest, but he doesn't let his big brothers Obi & Ace, boss him around.
He is currently in care with 2 of his siblings, 1 host dog & children. Yoda loves playing tug-o-war with his toys and chewing on fingers (so plenty of chew toys will be required). He also loves to snuggle in your lap when it's nap time. He would be great with kids and currently living both inside and outside in his foster home.
Yoda sleeps soundly through the night, curled up with his siblings. Toilet training is well underway, so with persistance and ongoing training in his new home, he will have this perfected in no time.
We would love to see Yoda find a home where he had the company and guidance of another dog, but he would also cope quite well as an only dog as long as he had the company of his humans. Yoda loves to play with his siblings and toys and exploring the garden. He's just a bucket of love with endless cuddles and kisses to give. Yoda will need plenty of socialisation as a pup and into adolescence, as well as training, so he grows up to be a well mannered and socialised adult.
At this stage, we think Yoda will be a medium to large size when fully grown, so you would need to be prepared for this. He has a very inquisitive mind and will utilise just about anything he can find as toys. Yoda is quite the entertainer and entertains himself and his siblings the whole day through. He will need a medium to large size yard and a home where he will be treated as part of the family 👨👨👧👧🐕🐕
As with all our pups, we strongly recommend enrolling in Puppy school. Yoda will need continued socialisation with other dogs during the puppy stage and into adulthood.
We would love to help get you started with training, so our amazing supporters, Best Friends - Erina, have kindly offered to include a 5 week Puppy training course with all of our Puppy adoptions (up to 16wks of age)....The Best Friends Puppy Pre-School service is a fun and interactive five-week training course that covers puppy behaviours, diet, health, grooming, exercise and play, with an emphasis on socialisation, command training, health and care. Their aim is to teach you positive ways to train your puppy in basic skills such as ‘sit’, ‘drop’, ‘stay’, and how to walk well on a lead, but also how to control your puppy’s not so desirable behaviours like toileting inside, biting, mouthing and separation anxiety.
Yoda will be booked in for desex very shortly and once his vet work is complete, he will be ready to head off to his forever home. He is located in Matcham on the Central Coast NSW.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
