About Hank ~ Staffy X Mastiff puppy (On Trial 21/12/19)
Meet Hank - a 12 week old mastiff x staffy pup with bundles of energy and a wiggly waggly tail. For all of our X Men fans, this little pup is destined to bring a touch of marvel to one lucky family! Much like the X Men's "Beast", this little guy is gentle and super intellegent.
Hank's a fun loving little pup who adores a cuddle and will be the first to be in your lap given the chance. Hank has been well socialised and plays very well with a variety of doggo breeds with his current foster family. He's very keen on pats and being with you at all times.
Hank is going to be an active dog who will need good training, lots of exercise and loads of cuddles. He is being raised primarily as an outdoor dog, however he really enjoys bonding time each night and needs to be allowed to inside as part of the family. Hank would love some kids to grow with, but because of his small size right now, human kids must be very careful and gentle when playing 🙂
He will need a secure yard for zoomies and chasing balls. We would also strongly encourage his new family to commit to puppy and adolescent training so he can learn boundaries and manners and be a great family member for life. Preference will be given to applicants with a larger breed doggo already living in the home to provide company and teach those valuable doggo life lessons. You need good fencing with no small gaps. He can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).
As Hank is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle and the Upper Hunter, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
For more information about Hank, please contact his foster carer Sarah on dshunt80@gmail.com Hank is in Bonnells Bay, NSW. You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Hank's adoption fee is $550 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and he's been treated for fleas and worms. You can see all of our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
