About Mojo
NO MORE ENQUIRIES PLEASE
**Before applying to adopt, please remember that adopting a puppy is a huge commitment that is very demanding of your time. Puppies require daily exercise, socialisation, grooming, training and playtime. When applying to adopt, please consider your working hours, holidays, and how busy your personal life is. Puppies will need someone who is home for most of the day, especially in those first few months after adoption.**
We are currently taking expressions of interest for Mojo.
This gorgeous little boy came to SAFE Esperance as an owner surrender. He has flourished in foster care and is now ready to take the next step and find a home of his own.
Mojo has loved everybody that's he's met so far. He has been fostered with cats and appears to be quite disinterested so with gentle introduction could live in harmony with a dog savvy cat.
Mojo is still a baby and needs consistent training in his new home. He is still housetraining, knows a couple of commands and isn't quite yet lead trained. He's a very clever boy and picks new things up quickly. We will ask that his new owner enrols him in puppy school straight away for socialisation and training. Mojo's Collie/Heeler breed indicates that he will grow into a high energy dog with an active mind, and certainly as a puppy he is boisterous and inquisitive.
He appears to be a little scared of loud noises like the lawnmower, and he rarely barks. He loves to play with the other puppy in his foster home and will happily curl up in his crate afterwards for a snooze. He's proving to be a very loyal and obedient boy who follows his carer around like a little shadow.
The ideal home for Mojo would have a decent sized, secure yard for him to exercise in. He would love to have another dog in the home to play with or at the very least, be taken out to meet and socialise with other dogs regularly. His new family will need to spend plenty of time with him, especially in those first few months, to ensure that he reaches his full potential and be prepared to provide him with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation as he grows. He also needs to be able to sleep inside at night.
Mojo's adoption fee includes desexing when he's old enough, vaccinations, microchip and worm/flea treatment.
If Mojo sounds like the perfect fit for your family, please fill out an adoption enquiry and we will be in touch soon.
