About Picasso Earnshaw
Victorian Dog Rescue has a six-week full refund policy and a lifetime takeback guarantee that includes 50 per cent of the adoption fee refunded.
**Please note, Picasso will only be rehomed to a home with another cat, or with his mother Penelope.
Picasso is the sweetest, snuggliest lap cat you will find – anywhere! And, he is always up for a good chat. You can have a full conversation with Picasso and he loves to talk back. He will not leave you alone if he's in the mood for some snugs; it's very endearing how much he will love you!
Picasso doesn't have much of an interest going outside, he's actually a bit of a scaredy pants. He does however, love to sit on the window sill and listen to the birds, he even chirps back to them!!! Picasso is very easily entertained, if he finds a hair-tie or pen he is entertained for hours; that isuntil he loses it under the couch!
Picasso can be very shy meeting new people, so don't expect too much from him on a first meet and greet. But given some time he's quirky personality will shine through and his loyalty to his favourite human/s is unwavering!
A family that will give Picasso lots of love and attention would be a perfect match. And if he was lucky enough to be rehomed with his mum, Penelope this would make his world complete. Picasso sleeps curled up on the couch with Penelope and they are very bonded.
Picasso is one of a kind and just needs a bit of time for his true colours to show, so give him a chance!

Adoption details
We are a community fostercare network, not a shelter, and our dogs and cats are cared for in private homes. Note that we are very careful where we rehome our dogs and cats and we have an intensive process. If you want a quick turnaround we are not the group for you. If you seem like a good match for the dog of your choice we will organise a telephone chat, a meet and greet and a property check. We offer a six-week full refund, free assistance for six weeks for any issues, and a lifetime takeback policy with a fifty percent refund of the adoption fee, and of course an invitation to our adopters’ Christmas party.
We care for our dogs and cats and we want you to as well. We know that genuine applicants have no trouble with this process and understand that if we refuse you a dog or cat, it is because you are not the best match for that pet.
Our commitment to the dogs and cats in our care is total and we treat each one as if we are passing on a family pet. This may not suit you so we point out that there are equally great dogs and cats available in pounds, shelters and with other rescue groups.
