About Marty
Marty came to us as a surrender when sadly his owner was no longer able to care for him.
Once he is comfortable he is outgoing, cuddly, goofy, lazy (loves to sleep), and incredibly food driven! You know the saying: "the only way to a man's heart is through his stomach"? With Marty food is definitely a direct link to his heart!
Marty also loves a good head/neck/face rub, and who can blame him! He is SUPER affectionate towards humans and wants to be your BFF (best furry friend) forever!
Marty has been OK with other animals in the past but unfortunately he had some recent traumatising experiences with 2 adoptions that did not work out because the existing pets would not give him a chance to seemlessly fit into their family :-( For this reason we think it it best that Marty be adopted as an only cat so that he can be in a relaxed environment where he can be happy and his true colours shine.
Won't you give this ginger cutie his forever home?
*PLEASE NOTE: Marty is currently in a foster home that another foster animal has contracted ringworm. Although Marty does not show any signs of ringworm and has not had any direct contact with the other animal he is being treated as having it himself as a preventative measure. Any meets for Marty will need to be scheduled after he is treated and we are certain there is not a chance to spread any ringworm spores. Thank you for understanding :-)
