About Peppi
❤️🐾 AVAILABLE SOON❤️🐾
(Peppi is currently on heat and is booked in for desexing on 26 June).
She is a gorgeous 8yo Chihuahua x Maltese who weighs in at 5kg. Previously was mostly an outdoor dog and had never worn a collar or been on lead.
Since being in foster care she has discovered the delights of being an indoor dog - and she loves it!! She learnt to use the doggy door in the first 2 hours, has NEVER had an accident inside and looks forward to her daily walk. She sleeps inside on her mat beside her foster mum’s bed. She likes to be with her humans and is now a bonafide lap dog and snuggle bunny. She would really enjoy a household where someone is home most of the time. She doesn’t dig, yap or destroy anything. She is a super friendly little dog with a tail that never stops wagging. Is good with kids and dogs. She shared her previous house with a Rottweiler and a JRT. Untested with cats.
The only negative displayed to date is she will jump up on couch before being invited...
Peppi is available for meet n greets. PLEASE MESSAGE OUR PAGE IF INTERESTED including details about yourself, household, work schedule etc.
Cost $475. Two week trial $50 refundable deposit.
Adoption details
Fraser Coast Animal Rescue (FCAR) house all our dogs with foster carers in private homes. This allows the dogs to experience life in family situations with other dogs, cats, children, chooks and various other domestic animals. This gives us an opportunity to discover their traits and personalities, likes and dislikes, and which dog may suit your family dynamics.
We offer a 14 day trial to see if the chosen dog is a fit with your family. A $50 deposit is to be paid at the commencement of the trial period. This comes off the balance of the adoption fee should you adopt. If you decide that the dog doesn't fit with your family, the dog will be returned to us and the full deposit is refunded to you.
If you wish to arrange a meet and greet with one of our dogs please call FCAR on
0447 175511 or email dianne.north@hotmail.com
The committee and carers of FCAR are all volunteers, so please be patient with us if we don't answer your enquiry straight away.
