Dorie has had a bit of a rough start in life. She is a good little girl but is quite submissive and will roll over with great respect when she meets you. Luckily she has a happy personality and is getting much more confident and trusting. She is very dog social and although she will sometimes chase cats she does know that they are capable of turning the tables on her rapidly! Because Dorie has been mistreated when she has been called, her recall isn't very good but with time and trust she will gain the knowledge that coming back is a good thing. We would prefer she went to a home that if there were children, they would be older to ensure that she doesn't accidentally get mishandled again. With love, patience and a life of fun, she will thrive.
