Location: Carina Heights, QLD
Ratchet is a ball of energy who loves to get into all the mischief. If something is happening, he needs to know all about it. He has spent his puppy days with his siblings, other foster dogs, and also with kids from toddlers to teenagers.
Ratchet is one of the smaller of the siblings, yet he would be the most outgoing. Heās always the leader to checkout new things and lead his mates on new adventures.
Ratchet is crate trained for naps and going well with toilet training. Heād make a great addition for any person or family looking for a puppy with a personality bigger than his size. Mum was a Kelpie X and we aren't sure what dad was.
Medical notes
Ratchet has/will have the following vetwork completed:
~ Desexed
~ 2 x Vaccinations (C3 & C5)
~ Microchipped
~ All-Wormed
~ Flea Treated
Adoption details
~ ADOPTION PROCESS ~
STEP 1: An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
** PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DO INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS ** We require all animals to have a meet & greet with their new family before they are officially adopted, no exceptions. If you are willing and able to meet the dog in person, we are happy to accomodate the adoption.
STEP 2: If successful, our foster carer will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
STEP 3: A 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
STEP 4: The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 4 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
STEP 5: A 10 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from the foster carer.
STEP 6: The Adoption is the finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email after this period. Please note this can take up to 4 weeks pending on the microchip paperwork.
Sorry we canāt take calls, as our rescue is run entirely by volunteers, but we endeavour to respond to your email within 24 - 48 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
** PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW. **
