About Zeeva **On Trial With My New Family**
Hi! I'm Zeeva!
Everything about life is so fascinating to me, what's that? Who's that? Will they love me?
My foster mum tells me I have the cutest eyes she's ever seen, eyes so deep you can see everything I'm thinking and feeling. Normally I'm thinking about the best way to please you or the cheekiest way to get that food you've left unattended hehe. A little bit about me: I love to run, if you're looking for a workout buddy then I'm your gal! I also love the beach and water, I could play with you and the hose all day! Though I am crossed with some giant breeds I am actually not that big! I am very skinny (despite mum's best efforts of fattening me up!) weighing around 27kgs, and not that tall so obviously the larger breeds in my odd breeding are quiet far back in the family tree! Whoa, what was that!?
Sorry, I got distracted! I love those little sky raisins that fly around, they're super fun to chase and catch, mum laughs at me when I do but I can't understand why - she's just a hater! I'm a pretty obedient girl, especially when there isn't too much going on around me, mum says this makes me very easy to train - all I need is you, a treat and somewhere quiet and you've got my full attention. I love sleeping, it's my third favourite thing to do after snuggling with you and eating. I love cuddling with you on the couch, and I have a deep bark if you're looking for someone to spook naughty people from our house! Mum thinks I would do well on a property with my gentle and curious nature, while I can act a bit brave I'm actually a scaredy cat so any animals bigger then me I don't really want to get close to - especially if they can run after me!
I am crate trained and I currently sleep in my crate quietly at night time so I can be crated comfortably when you're not around if you would like! I don't need too much exercise, 30-45mins a day is enough for me to burn off some steam, after having a run around I normally come home and sleep for a while, so if you work longer days you can take me out before you leave and I'll probably be in the same spot you left me snoozing when you get home!
I am good with other dogs and I can go to a home with a mellow companion dog to keep me company, I am rather submissive so I would prefer a companion who isn't going to boss me around too much but help me come out of my shell a little bit! I have had mixed reviews from my feline companions, I will chase them more often then not so a lot don't like me in my foster home, but a few of my relaxed foster siblings will hang out with me and play with me - they just stand up to me and tell me off when I'm being too naughty. I can go with older, calm, dog savvy children, but due to my size I will need to be supervised so I don't get too excited and accidentally knock someone over!
I'm desperate for a family of my own to give me all the love I've missed out on in my life! If you think you could offer this girl the perfect home then please complete our adoption application form linked below ↓

Medical notes
Zeeva's had surgery to remove the excess Shar Pei skin folds around her eyes that were rubbing and making her unable to see, the discolouration around her eyes from the procedure will eventually fade. Zeeva also has bad food allergies that cause her great discomfort, they're being managed with a diet that avoids them and human antihistamines.
