About Shelby
Shelby is a gorgeous, loving girl with an independent streak. She likes to love you on her own terms, but will often come for pats or attention, and always greets her fosters enthusiastically when they get home. She’s loving but not clingy! She’ll often want to hang out with you in the same room and follow you around the house, and if you let her, she’ll want to sleep on your bed every night. She’s not much of a cuddler though, preferring to be close to you but with a metre or so of distance. No lap cat here!
Shelby is mostly quite relaxed but can still have moments of high energy. She’s learnt to bring her favourite toy, a star on a string, and will always ask to play! She can never have enough. Otherwise, she’s happy to just run around the house at night to clear up some energy. She’s quite careful about it, because her foster has a house full of fancy electronics, potted plants and decorations and she’s never broken a single thing! She has quite a docile temperament and has never bitten or been violent.
Shelby would be best suited to someone like her: someone who needs a bit of love and attention but doesn’t need it 24/7. With her love of play and her loving personality she’s certainly great to have around!
Shelby is located in Yarraville.
