About Vernon
Meet Vernon, or Vern for short! This confident little kitten has seamlessly slotted into his foster home without a fuss. He is open to new experiences, and loves nothing more than exploring and figuring out all of the new things life has on offer. Vernon is super playful, he enjoys when you pick up his feather stick the most because that means he gets to jump up and down. However, he is also happy to entertain himself with a jingly ball or fun cat tower to climb. Vernon is also a big cuddle bug especially in the evenings, he'll just purr and purr when he finds his comfy spot. He will want to sleep on the bed with you because he loves being with his people, and even finds himself under the blankets on colder nights- he may even want to spoon with you if you get lucky!
Vernon is currently sharing his foster home with another cat and a small dog. Upon meeting them both Vernon was very confident and happy to sniff and be sniffed. Because of this, we think he could easily fit into a home with other cats, especially a cat who wants to play chase games with him. We also think he could live with a dog who is familiar with and likes cats. But because Vernon loves his people so much he would also be fine as an only cat, as long as his new people are happy to give him the playtime he needs. Vernon is happy to be picked up and handled and does not bite or scratch if he is put out. He also has no problem with getting big smooches and cuddles from his people. Because of this, he would be a wonderful cat for a family with children and would probably really enjoy both playing with kids and getting cuddles from them. Our biggest must for Vernon is that he must live his life as an indoor cat.
Vernon is de-sexed, fully vaccinated, wormed and microchipped and has a clean bill of health.
What more is there to say about beautiful Vernon? He is just such a lovely kitten! Come and meet him for yourself to see!
