About Henry π€
Who is Henry?
A Shar-Pei x Great Dane......but that is short for a cartoon dog. Henry is somewhat a clone of a famous Scooby Doo dog.
What is special about Henry?
Playful. He has his own way of playing. During the play Henry becomes a little hurricane and fully unleashes his inner wolf.
Henry is loyal. All dogs are, you would say. Right. But Mr Henry pants takes it to another level. Words can't explain, you have to feel his eyes looking right at you and his cold, gentle nose exploring you. No licking, just gentle sniffing.
He is gentle with humans. Any age. The younger the human is the more caring in his approach.
He is dog social, but is proving to be better with calmer, more chilled female dogs around his own size.
Henry is walking nicely on lead & has great recall.
More positives? Not a digger, not a chewer, not a barker but will tell you if someone is trying to break in.
What about fears? Henry is a bit fearful of men. But currently is going through some behavior modification with a trainer.
The perfect home is: A home with another social female doggie, or as an only dog with people that work from home and will make Henry a huge part of their family. Moderate active people and couch potatoes are welcome to apply.
Henry is house and crate trained.
Henry is all ready to meet his new family and will be available for meets as soon as his foster mum can organise it. He is located in Silverwater (Lake Macquarie).

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous boy. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
