About Riley
Riley is an 18mth staff x. She is a medium/ large sized girl.
Riley has lived in a house with children and is good to walk on a lead and travels well in a car. Riley is crate trained and is familiar with sleeping inside in her crate at night time. Riley has spent her life to date in a family environment however started bickering with her litter sibling (another female) and the siblings could no longer be housed together. Since coming into care Riley has not reacted to any other dogs she has come in contact with so it appears that Riley was reacting to her litter sister. Therefore Riley would be able to be housed with another dog, male only. Riley is good with cats.
Adoption details
If you are interested in one of our animals please send an email to rescue@btcanimalshelter.com.au or message us through this page and we will reply as soon as possible.
A questionnaire will need to be completed which will allow us to ensure we are placing our animals into the right home. Once the completed questionnaire is received, we will respond by email / phone call to discuss the animal in further detail, and answer any other questions you may have. Please note that completing the questionnaire does not place you under any obligation to adopt. We can arrange a meet and greet for you (and existing pets) to spend some time with the pet and see if they are likely to fit into your life.
If you decide to adopt, payment is made and you can welcome your new pet into your life!
We offer a 2 week trial period.
