About Lilly
Name: Lilly
Sex: Female
Age: 2.8 Years
Breed: Bull Arab
Why Lilly is in care: Lilly was brought into rescue from a bad situation – she was beaten and starved and sadly pregnant. Lilly had her 13 puppies (!) in care and was an awesome mum but now her pups are grown and left and its’ time for Lilly to find her forever home.
Energy Level: Low to lower (lol). Lilly really enjoys lying around with her foster family and kids and getting cuddles – she will do a small walk but not a high energy dog at all.
Introvert or Extrovert: Introvert out in the world. Extrovert in her home.
Best Physical Features: Her heart – she looooves her foster children – she would be with them 24/7 if she could.
Dog friendly: Lilly has gone thru doggie boot camp and while we can't now say she is the best of friends with dogs she is happy to be around another dog - must be submissive to Lilly (she is defintely the boss).
Cat / bird friendly: We are going to say no – she will happily chase them if they are there.
Child friendly: Lilly is a dream with kids – whilst she might be a bigger size dog her gentleness when playing with kids will melt your heart. She loves to play with them – play near them – sleep with them – sleep near them – she loves kids.
Favourite Personality Traits: Lilly loves to be with her humans – she can be alone for work hours but would very much love to be part of the family while they are home.
She will happily lie inside while her humans do their chores etc. she is just happy to be near them.
Working on: Her issues with other dogs – but Lilly is more than happy to be an only dog.
Ideal Family: A family that will allow her to be part of them – one that will allow her inside and to be part of that family.
A family who would play with her but also just chillax with her.
Toilet Trained: Yes
Location: Brisbane

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
If applying to adopt one of our furbabies over the age of 6 months we recommend that you bring to the meet and greet any of your furbabies to see how they interact.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 2 week trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $100) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
