About Crumpet
Crumpet is a very strong friendly boy who gives you lots of kisses and always has his tail wagging. He loves his treats and enjoys his walks. He ignores cars but pulls to meet other dogs. He is not a fan of male dogs. He is child tolerant but does not actively seek engagement with kids. Crumpet would be happiest in an environment where he is the only dog and is exercised by walking on bush tracks and trails where contact with other dogs is sporadic. He is not a dog park dog. Volunteers say "Lovely temperament", "Gorgeous boy, well behaved", "Nice temperament, easy to walk. Sat for treats and took very gently. Sweetheart" He has a smooth coat and weighs 27kg.
Suit Home Based Worker or Doggie Pal: Unable to cope alone and has shown signs of separation anxiety. Needs human company or other dog pals.
Garden: Needs a home that has more space as well as a garden for exercise and regular walks outside.
Good with Kids: Shown to be good with kids in the controlled environment of the Shelter.
Medical notes
He comes desexed, C5 vaccinated, heartworm free and microchipped. Also included for the love and health of our dogs is a free Health and Wellness Voucher with our DR Vet.
Adoption details
DoggieRescue is a charitable organisation and as such we rely very much on volunteers to manage our adoptions. We answer initial adoption enquiries by email or phone and then arrange an appointment for you to meet some of our rescue dogs.
At DoggieRescue we believe our dogs deserve to find that special someone who will love them and look after them forever. We know that there are homes out there that are willing to accommodate one more little member of the family and dedicate time to their well being.
