About TC
TC really has proved to be a Top Cat! He is a really happy boy, with an easygoing personality. During his time in our care, he has lived amiably alongside multiple foster cats and dogs, and has loved being with his carer’s children. In fact, sleeping on their bed, or on the adult’s bed, was his favourite.
Since TC is friendly with just about anyone, it is a puzzle, why he is still looking for his furever home. But, he was surrendered to the pound by his owner at the age of 6 years, when we took him into our care. Unfortunately, many older foster cats are often overlooked in favour of little kittens, and TC has been one of them. He had no problem adjusting to his new foster home, and continues to be a really healthy boy, but just hasn’t had many enquiries.
Now 10 years old, TC is of course fully trained and socialised, and needs less attention than little kitties. He is adaptable and sociable, so after a settling in period, he will provide love and snuggles to a new family, whether it be with children and other animals (although he’s not keen on mature boy cats), or a single or couple who, perhaps, need to leave him alone for large parts of the day.
During his time in foster care, TC has been an indoor/outdoor cat; he has roamed happily during the day, but is always sure to get back in the evening to choose who he will snuggle in bed with this time. His outdoor time just needs to be in environment which is safe for cats to ensure he lives to a ripe old age.
Unfortunately for TC, his carer can no longer look after him so he has recently moved into temporary care in our cattery. Once more, he has proved adaptable, now living an indoor only life with no complaints. But he is really missing his snuggly family life and is lonely. We are sure he would like nothing more than to finally find a permanent family home.
TC is desexed, microchipped and his vaccinations are all up to date.
If you feel you would like to share your life with this adorable boy, please contact us to arrange a meet and greet in his current Windsor foster home.

Our animals are rescued from various pounds and shelters and placed in Foster Care until a permanent home can be found. Our volunteer Foster Carers are located throughout Sydney, Australia and are only too happy to assist you.
DCH Animal Adoptions relies solely on our adoption fees and the generous support of the community to continue our rescue work. Many times, we are faced with large veterinary bills due to the illness and injury that comes along with looking after pound rescues.
