About Kirra
💐💐 KIRRA 💐💐
Our beautiful 9yr old Mastiff X, Kirra, hasnt had the greatest run the past couple years. But we are determined that her furever home is out there somewhere! But she remains as loyal and beautiful natured as ever, as you can see by these photos, Kirra's love and devotion to her people is clearly seen!
Kirra is super attentive, very eager to please, and very intelligent. Kirra has been doing amazing with her training, does everything asked of her. Even if she would rather be pouncing around like an oversized puppy, she does what has been asked of her with such eagerness to please her people <3 <3 Kirra ADORES kids! absolutely loves them, she has been around all ages and is brilliant with them all.
Kirra may be 9, but age is just a number for her, she thinks she is still a puppy :P She would love a family that would include her in their adventures, even if its just a short drive down the road, she doesnt mind what the adventure is, she is just happy to tag along!
This beautiful girl is a true "best friend", she will happily play footy with you, she will help you put the kids to bed, and eat your left overs ;)
Kirra has been let down by so many people :( we are going to be very picky on her furever home, she just cant go through any more heartbreak of being dumped when she becomes inconvenient.
Please note: Kirra is dog selective. She HAS to be homed as an ONLY dog. She thrives better 💕
Medical notes
Needs a proper diet and dental support through natural dental chews and teeth cleaning.
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 2 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 7 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 24 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
