About Hero (Can deliver to Orange, Nsw on 16/8/18)
Handsome Hero, what a story he has to tell.
He had completed his Pound time and was due to be euthanised the next day. His body was to be transferred to a vet training facility for student vets to practice on.
I had been contemplating taking him anyway, but really didn’t have room for another big dog. As soon as I heard what was to happen to him, I felt compelled to rescue him.
Am I glad I did, he’s an absolute delight in every way - a truly wonderful boy. Such a poser too, he loved having his photo taken.
It’s not every day that a boy like Hero comes along - good with dogs of all sizes including small fluffy ones, loves people, loves a cuddle, such a happy natured boy. He has nice manners, sits, doesn’t jump up and his leash walking is going well. He’s not an escape artist and happily stays in my yard which won’t contain a jumper or digger.
Hero’s 18 months old, very Rottie looking but obviously has a bit of something else in him (we don’t know what). He’s going to make someone very happy.
He’s in care at Moree, NSW. Transport to Orange, NSW can be arranged for Thursday 16th August.
