About Snowy (6kg)
(I have one eye, photos taken prior to removal)
Meet sweet and sensitive snowy
This lovable lady has lived quite a sheltered live in a rural outback community
Snow loves her people bu and even smiles when excited to see you
However can be shy when making new friends
She came into care with her 3 gorgeous babies who have found new homes
Now we are looking for the perfect home for snow
Snowy is looking for a quiet home with someone that is keen to just chill out and relax in the comfort of their home.
She is not keen to go for walks and has just recently learnt that a harness isn’t going to eat her . She would love to keep her new owners company in the house with cuddles on the couch.
Snowy is great with other dogs (but would not suit a home with an exuberant dog)
Snowy is good with cats is toilet trained and is looking for an indoor home.
She is currently fostered on acreage where she goes outside to toilet, a sniff and potter around then heads back inside for some rest and retreat.
If you are looking for the company of a low maintenance dog to keep you company at home snowy is the perfect girl for you.
While she is not active she does require a home with a yard that can be her safe haven for sunbaking in the warmer months and to tinker about in, due to the fact she is happiest at home a small apartment with no grass or garden to sniff around in wouldn’t suit.
Snowy is not overly keen of the car so would not suit someone wanting to holiday frequently with her. She would also not suit a busy home with a high volume of traffic.
A home with young children would be to busy also.
If you can offer snowy the perfect forever home please send us a brief description of the home you can provide and we will send you an adoption application form
She is located in Whittlesea for meet and greets
Medical notes
Snowy is desexed
Vaccinated
Microchipped
Intestinal wormed
Heartwormed
Flea prevented
She does have a mild luxating patella that has no athletic changes and no pain or lameness. However this will need to be monitored in her new home
Adoption details
Our adoption process has 5 stages -
#1 A brief description of your home-
We ask that you send an inquiry with a brief description of the home that you can provide and why you think your home is suitable for the animal you are inquiring about.
Please note: if you do not send a brief description of the home that you can provide we will not continue with the adoption process
#2 Some questions-
You will receive an adoption application form within 24 hours of your inquiry being sent
#3 Photo's of your yard - Applicable for dogs only -
Please provide photos of your yard including sheltered area from sun and rain
#4 Meet & greet - With other dog/s if you have any -
You will receive an email within 72 hours of sending your application in which will let you know if your application has been successful. We will then organise a meet and greet
*PLEASE NOTE*: Not all applications are successful. We aim to match our animals to their perfect homes, sometimes there are many homes suitable but unfortunately only one animal.
Organized MEET AND GREETS do not guarantee the adoption of our of our animals. Eden Ark have the final say in the meet and greet process, If we feel our animal will not suit your family the trial period will not go ahead.
#5 A 7 day trial period -
If your meet is successful we ask that you have everything ready to take your new family member home that day. if this isn't possible, prior arrangement MUST be made - please understand we are not in a position to hold animals for you.
Adoption fee must be paid in cash on the day if your meet and greet is successful to start your 7 day trial period.
Once your 7 day trial period is complete,
Welcome to the Eden Ark Family!
