About Angie
Meet Angie!
When Angie came to us a few weeks ago she was extremely thin and in very poor condition. Since going into foster care, Angie is doing much better and ready to find a forever home. She gets along great with her foster brother doggo Sammy and she is still learning how to play. Sammy is trying to tempt her with the rope toy and the ball, she doesn’t quite know what to do with them yet. They do love to run around grabbing each other’s ears. Angie is a quiet girl. All she wants is lots of cuddles. She’ll stand next to you waiting for a pat. She LOVES food. She’s smart enough to know how to open a plastic container with her teeth if the contents contains food. All containers are kept on tables now! During training she has learnt to sit, go ‘on your bed’ and wait (before being given food). We are still working on ‘high five’, ‘come’ and being responsive to her name. She’s great with bath time. She’ll remain still while she is bathed including soap on her face and in between her paws. She’s looking healthier as she’s put on more weight. She also loves a walk.
