About Elf of the Fae
Like her namesake, this little fae is a cheeky one! Elf is sweetly mischievous little sprite who, while shy of the human world, certainly yearns for its love.
Little Elf had a rough start to life - we rescued her off the street, sick and pregnant (hardly more than a baby herself). Unfortunately, she lost her litter, but as sad as that was, it allowed her to recover and have a 2nd kitten-hood of her own.
She is a very shy creature...But I am so proud of how far she's come! So scared and hissy when she first arrived in care that she had to be crated and I had little hope for her to be honest. Elf yearns for love and pats and cuddles - considering she was a cat you could get no where near at first, this is a remarkable thing. Her instincts still war with her desires though; she wants pats and attention, but at the same time she can't help but initially shy away from your touch.
She will adore an adult only home where she has friendly cat buddies to play with (she's currently living with two male cats ). As she is shy, it is a must that she has cat company.
Ideally someone who has had experience with timid cats would suit her best - be prepared that it will take her time to adjust to a new home. I truly believe that in the right place she will flourish and come along even more than she has with me, merely patience and love is needed. She is well worth it - her gentle spirit is a delight to have around, and she will bring much magic into your life.
Please don't hesitate to give me a call about her to arrange a time to meet her. She's currently being fostered in Belgrave.
Medical notes
Elf is a happy, healthy girl. She is de-sexed, micro-chipped, vaccinated, wormed and flea'd.
