About Nigel
Beautiful, affectionate boy Nigel is looking for a forever home to call his own Have you been searching for a loyal man with good looks, youth and a zest for life?
Nigel does not take long to warm up and will quickly shower you with affection. He bonds quickly with his humans and is extremely affectionate and loving. He just loves getting cuddles and will bury his face into you and even try to sit in your lap! However, he does get nervous with new people in unfamiliar environments so will definitely need a family to help continue build his confidence. Nigel is a very smart learner and eager to please which makes training him fun and very rewarding. Nigel is very wary of men and will need slow introduction to help him overcome his fear.
While Nigel lives harmoniously with his foster dog siblings he can be very nervous of excitable dogs in parks and on walks. Slow introductions are important so he doesn’t feel threatened and panic. Training and socialisation will help with this but his new owners must be patient while he learns. He absolutely adores humans, but can be cautious of strangers approaching him so he would love a home out of the city where he can have some space to build up his confidence.
Nigel would be suited to a home with humans around more than not, or with another friendly dog. He may be suitable for a home with older kids as he can be nervous and shy away from loud, excitable situations.
If Nigel sounds like he could be the one for you, please fill out the application form via the link below:
