About Paris
Paris is one the most frightened dogs I have come across. At the pound she just shook. Paris needs to build a relationship with you. She is a sensitive girl who responds to calm quiet handling. She prefers females. She is very social with other dogs and likes to play. She takes soft toys in her mouth now. She loves her food and it is a slow steady road to win her trust. She needs a family who have solid experience with very traumatised dogs and preferably have another dog. Paris came with a non-functioning, non painful eye from old injury. At this stage we are not able to put her on lead as she will kick and scream and urinate over you. We continue to work with her. She has a short coat and weighs about 6kg
Garden: Needs a home that has more space as well as a garden for exercise and regular walks outside.
Suit Full Time Worker: Not overly needy and can entertain itself. DR recommends play time, dog toys etc.
SPECIAL NEEDS
All dogs need loving attention but some rescue dogs require extra special help. They are looking for dedicated families who can commit themselves to a greater investment in their long term health. DoggieRescue is looking for Special People. Please consider opening your heart and home to one of these special dogs.
Medical notes
She comes desexed, C5 vaccinated, heartworm free and microchipped. Also included for the love and health of our dogs is a free Health and Wellness Voucher with our DR Vet.
Adoption details
DoggieRescue is a charitable organisation and as such we rely very much on volunteers to manage our adoptions. We answer initial adoption enquiries by email or phone and then arrange an appointment for you to meet some of our rescue dogs.
At DoggieRescue we believe our dogs deserve to find that special someone who will love them and look after them forever. We know that there are homes out there that are willing to accommodate one more little member of the family and dedicate time to their well being.
