About Harry * I'm just $100! *
Harry is a super energetic Bull Terrier cross who is looking for his forever home. He’s your typical big lovable boofhead. His absolute, all-time favourite game is tug-of-war, but he’s a fun-loving pup who adores any kind of game you can come up with. He will chase anything you throw for him - check out the shoe video with his proud little head wobble!
Harry has graduated from his Foundations training course and has proven to be very attentive and highly responsive to force-free training. He’s incredibly smart and receptive to new things. He’d smash it in urban agility and doggy parkour!
He would be a fabulous family dog for older children and teenagers, and would love to play outside with them for hours – he might even distract them from their screens for a while! He’s also a total water-baby – he loves to swim and you can keep him occupied for hours with the hose or sprinkler. Harry loves to go for a joyride with you in the car, too. He just wants to spend any and all time with you! He’s honestly the most fun you can have with a dog!
He does also have his softer side, loving nights in, curled up on the couch with Netflix. He settles easily and well, without being too restless.
He’s open to meeting other mid- to large-size dogs to try making friends, but he can be a little fussy about his playmates. He’s not safe with cats, due to his naturally high prey drive.

This is in no way an obligation to adopt but simply gives us some more information about the home, family and lifestyle you have to offer a new pet.
As of 2017, Fresh Start Rescue are no longer placing dogs in homes with children under the age of 9 years old. We know this will frustrate many families looking to adopt, however for the safety of both those families and are beloved dogs, we have decided to put this measure into place.
