About Special Needs Heart dog Pablo Bear
URGENT.... Pablo s case is becoming urgent as he has a shortened life span due to his medical condition (heart is abnormal) We rescued him from the pond 11 months ago when we saw the video of him gasping for air after a short walk... we just could nt leave him there ! Now we really want to get him settled in his own home :-)
Pablo Bear is just gorgeous, he is a chunk of Huge love to give out.
He is happy spending his day chillin with his foster mum and dad and we would prefer him to go to a home as an only dog.
He loves playing with the ball, especially the rugby ball. He is toilet trained and is also an inside dog during the night and during the day lays on the back covered deck with access to a large garden which he needs because he is just over 30kg.
He doesn’t climb fences and isn’t a digger either. He’s just a Home boy 😆
He would suit someone who isn’t able to walk a dog due to his on going heart condition which he is on daily medication for the rest of his life.
Therefore it would add an extra cost to his daily living. He takes 4 tablets per day, 2 in the morning and two at night.
His life expectancy isn’t a long one but would prefer quality over quantity as I would love Pablo to live the rest of his days loved and cherished.
Pablo Bear has the most gorgeous eyes that look into your sole and has so much love to give a family.
Due to his size I would not recommend children under 8 yrs as he can be excitable. He loves kids.
Not suitable with rabbits or cats.
Pablo Bear can’t be walked because he becomes too breathless.
Medical notes
Pablo has a abnormal ventricular valve, therefore his heart doesn’t pump as normal.
He’s on two different medications
Flusapex 1 tablet twice a day
Vetmedin 1 tablet twice a day
