About Roo
Roo and his brothers were brought to the shelter by the police after being found dumped in a swamp on Christmas Eve. His brothers found loving homes but as is often the case Roo being the last of the litter kept being overlooked by potential adopters. That was almost 6 years ago and still he waits. He's a lovely cat who gets on well with cats, dogs and people. He wouldn't like a family with small boisterous children though. He's more suited to an adult only household and although he's been roaming in the big exercise yards here at the shelter he's more of a couch potato and would settle in well to an inside only home. But it would naturally have to be with people he chose. Everyone who sees him loves him but being black is also against him as black cats are very difficult to rehome. I'll never understand why because I just love black cats. But then I always was a little weird 🙂 If you'd like to contribute towards Roos care and sponsor him while he awaits his forever home please go to the sponsor me link at the bottom of this post and then email Nat at kittycatsnat@gmail.com and she'll be happy to organise a Sponsorship Certificate etc for you. Thank you.
