About Mia
Mia can be nervous with strangers but is happy and friendly around people she knows, particularly women. She is nervous and can be quite confrontational with loud noises. She loves her food and is easy to train. She would do best in a quiet adult female household and with someone willing to meet her a few times to build trust. She is social with other dogs. She has a short coat and weighs about 12kg. S
Adult Home: Nervous or not tolerant of children. And/or too high a level of excitability for children to control.

NEEDS RESCUE EXPERIENCE:
These dogs need someone with previous rescue experience in rehabilitating traumatised dogs with an in depth understanding of and experience in building relationships with these kinds of dogs.
Medical notes
Mia comes desexed, C5 vaccinated, heartworm free and microchipped. Also included for the love and health of our doggies, is a free Health and Wellness Voucher with our DR Vet .
Adoption details
DoggieRescue is a charitable organisation and as such we rely very much on volunteers to manage our adoptions. We answer initial adoption enquiries by email or phone and then arrange an appointment for you to meet some of our rescue dogs.
At DoggieRescue we believe our dogs deserve to find that special someone who will love them and look after them forever. We know that there are homes out there that are willing to accommodate one more little member of the family and dedicate time to their well being.
