About Buster
Buster is the friendliest little guy - just waiting to find a special family to call his own! He ADORES kids - he did live with a family of 5 kids (ages from 2-10) and a cat but sadly when they moved Interstate they had to leave Buster behind. While he has been in foster care he has shown he is just the most placid and loving dog you could ever meet. He gets along fine with other dogs. Buster has shown fear when meeting new adults which we think could be from previous abuse so he needs to have a confident, loving owner who can make him feel safe just as his foster mum has done. Buster has learnt how to use a doggy door and has been crate trained. Ideally Buster would like an energetic family that will play with him and take him for walks so he doesn't get bored!
Currently located in Shepparton (2hrs Nth of Melbourne).
Medical notes
Buster has been desexed, microchipped had his 1yr vaccinations and wormed. (Adoption fee has been set as just under the cost of the recent vet visit to desex/vaccinate/microchip).
Buster is approx 1 year old. We have given him an honarary birthday date of 1st Oct 2013 as his original owners were unsure of exact date of birth.
Busters Mum was a pure Staffy but the Dad is unknown (Vet suggests perhaps a dachshund which would explain Busters unique colouring and short little legs).
Adoption details
Please send an email to leanne.k.coote@gmail.com telling me about your home (eg, who lives there - ages of kids, other pets etc) & how you would incorporate Buster into your home (eg, where will he live? inside? outside? combination of both). We want to find a great 'fur-ever' home for Buster as he is such an adorable dog and deserves a great family to keep forever after losing his last family through no fault of his own. Feel free to contact Leanne Coote (current foster carer) on 0428 330071 if you would like to ask more questions about him.
