About Tilly D0008 on trial 12/7/15
Tilly is a very pretty purebred Kelpie girl.
Being a Kelpie, Tilly definitely needs a good daily walk and/or run, and loves the beach or would be great at obedience or agility classes too. She has good basic training and walks well on the lead. She is house trained as is used to being inside with her family. She is great in the car. She prefers a careful introduction to other dogs but does seem to get along with most dogs with this slow introduction - although does prefer females to males. She can be a little timid with men to start with but once she gets to know them is fine. Tilly has many typical kelpie characteristics such as a tendency to round up, and because she does tend to bond with her people she can get a little protective of them so will need an owner who is aware of these aspects of Kelpie nature.
Not recommended for very young children but will be fine with older kids, teenagers or an adult only home.
Tilly is a very intelligent girl who will make someone a great companion.
