About Phoebe
I am a sedate and contained older-lady. The days of hustle-and-bustle are well over for me, and I just need a calm and cozy place to relax. I am used to being an inside dog, and would like to continue being an inside-girl in my future home.
I love big dogs and their company.
I am not good with cats.
I am okay with children, but I'm not really keen on having to spend 24/7 with such enthusiastic people. But I would be okay for occasional children visitors.
I promise that, if you were to give me a home, it wouldn't take me long to show you the unconditional love that dogs are renowned for. I was sadly surrendered into rescue due to the death of my owner, and I am very much missing having a special person to love. Could I perhaps share my love with you instead?
I have been very quiet and subdued while in rescue, but it was discovered that I had a pretty nasty internal infection that was undetected until I was desexed. Now that that's been cleared up, my foster carers are waiting to see if I approach life with more enthusiasm... Or if my laid back nature is my personality, not an illness!
Medical notes
There is no foreseeable medical expenses in Phoebe's immediate future, after all medical needs were cared for (including a dental) on the 23rd June 2014.
