It's not often TV stars are available for adoption, but with the help of PetRescue and The PEDIGREE Adoption Drive rescue dogs have been finding fame on Hey Hey It's Saturday, Australia's Funniest Home Videos, Game Day and live at the MCG!

Live at the MCG!

Buddy the Jack Russell was the star of the Grand Final rematch between The Saints and The Cats live from the MCG. Sponsored by the PEDIGREE Adoption Drive, there were rescue dogs around the ground, an interview with Brad Johnson, the PEDIGREE television commercial on the big screen and yellow footys for a gold coin donation - with all proceeds going directly to PetRescue.

Channel Nine's Today Show - Weather

Myf Warhurst, PetRescue's Vickie Davy and the fabulous team from the Blue Cross Animal Shelter were up bright and early to chat to the Today show's Emma Freedman about the plight of homeless dogs in Australia and what the PEDIGREE Adoption Drive is doing to help.
