Have you got room in your heart for Victor?

PetRescue would like to put a special shout out for Victor.
He's a gorgeous 1 to 2 year old boy. He is gentle with children, well behaved, intelligent, happy and healthy. He has very good basic obedience training and is eager to please and to learn more. He is housetrained, enjoys a game of fetch and tug-of-war and always welcomes a cuddle.
So why would a guy so charming as Victor need a special place on PetRescue? Because you wouldn't know to look at him now...
That when he came into rescue he looked like this...
Poor Victor had been starved! But he's not letting that get him down now...
. . . Victor does not have a mean bone in his body, he is good with other dogs, (not sure about cats) and craves human attention. He would love to find a home with an active family or individual who will spend time with him and take him for walks or runs.
