Microchip Awareness Week 14th - 19th July

It's time to microchip your dog or cat: that's the message during Microchipping Awareness Week from July 14-19.

The chances of finding your missing pet alive and well are slim if they do not have a microchip, which provides your current contact details.

In contrast a beagle lost for over half a decade was returned to its owner when animal rescue scanned the pet and located a chip.

During Microchipping Awareness Week, many vets offer discount microchipping. Contact your local vet for more information.
