In Sydney - the event will be held at the Sydney Dogs & Cats Home (on Sunday 14 Feb from 2pm-5pm). We anticipate hosting around 150 single people who are wanting to do something positive for homeless animals.
Volunteers will be painting & refurbishing the concrete dog kennels, building cat towers, cooking dog and cat treats, taking updated photos and videos of some of the dogs & cats that have been at the Home for lengthy period of time. While meeting people who have similar interests in animal welfare. As well as heterosexual guys & girls between 20 and 45, there will also be a firm allocation of volunteer spaces for gay guys, gay girls and singles over 45.

In Melbourne - at the Edinburgh Gardens in Fitzroy (on Friday 12 Feb from 6pm-9pm) in conjunction with Melina Schamroth's group Single Volunteers which organises events for single people with an interest in doing volunteer work for not-for-profit organisations (see the Herald Sun)
