Do yourself a favour Molly, pick me

Music guru Molly Meldrum may have found a new best friend.
Meldrum spent yesterday at Richmond's City Reserve searching for a new mate at PetRescue, a pedigree adoption program.
It was an emotional visit for the Aussie music legend, who was devastated early last year by the death of his dog Ziggy, the third of his four-legged friends to bear the name.
"After Ziggy died I thought that's it, I'm never getting another dog," Meldrum said. "But after seeing all the dogs up for adoption I know I want another one. I think it's time."
Meldrum spent time with several breeds but found himself leaning towards a small maltese-shih tzu cross.
"They're a very special sort of breed. They're very loyal and they're just very lovely," Meldrum said of his choice.
"And I'd like another dog just like Ziggy."
While 10-week-old Lily (pictured) won his heart, Meldrum said he was likely to adopt one of her three brothers so he could keep the Ziggy line going.
"When I got the first (dog), which was a maltese, David Bowie with Ziggy Stardust was the big thing, and I thought what a great name," Meldrum said.
"So my next one will be Ziggy 4, absolutely."
