I adopted Miss Millie after seeing her photo online at PetRescue and falling in love with her at first sight! Her photo was on my fridge before I had even met her :)

We brought her to Launceston with us from Melbourne and after some time with much TLC she became comfortable and felt safe and she came into her own personality.

She is the most loyal, non demanding, lovely and affectionate dog you could ever meet! I suffer from chronic migraines and have to spend alot of time in bed and when I am unwell she never leaves my side just snuggles up with me!I call her my little angel. I would be lost without her now.

The Mifsud Family & Benson

My husband and I had three kids and we wanted to extend our family with a puppy. We looking everywhere and while we were looking for someone to fall in love with, I found PetRescue on the net.

Soon as I saw Benson's pictures I knew he was the one! The lady from J&J Rescue did such a good job. Benson was 5 months old when we got him, and the lady had toillet trained him and taught him basic things. Benson is such a joy and has been great with our 5 year old, 2 year old and ten month old kids. And because we rescued him, he has been so faithful every day.

Min & Joey

We adopted a German Short Hair Pointer x Lab via Wagga Animal Rescue. His name is Joey and almost a year on is still the love of our family's life. He is the most wonderful natured dog i have ever known and has truly been a special addition to our family.

Thank you PetRescue for offering a service to cover all the adoptive centres for animals and giving those an animals a better chance at a great life.

Sam & Zara

After we searched for months looking for the perfect furkid for our family we found Zara, a Border Collie X Australian Kelpie.

She's fitting into our family better than we could have even imagined. My partner who had always been a cat lover is now admitting that he's now a dog lover because of our wonderful new member. We'd like to thank PetRescue for all the resources we needed in finding our most precious little girl. If we had the room, we'd certainly be using them again to find more animals to rescue! We highly recommend using this service to find your next furkid!

Annette & Matilda

We adopted Matilda early last year for my daughters 7th birthday! When we arrived at the shelter we were originally looking at another cute little kitten, but Matilda just loved us and lapped up my daughters attention so we couldn't say no. She sleeps in my daughters bed with her every night and has her birthday celebrated just like the rest of the 4 kids here... she's just purrrfect!

Cynthia & Lacey

We adopted Lacey from Mandurah after seeing her on PetRescue. She is a very energetic white Boxer. We love her dearly and she loves her older brother Sid, and Black/Tan Boxer we brought over from the USA when we moved here last year. Sid is also a rescue dog from from the Humane Society in New York City.
